The Role

Neighborhood Canvasser

Thomas Roofing is growing, and we're looking for outgoing, energetic people to be the friendly first face of our company in Oklahoma neighborhoods. You'll walk local streets and attend community events, introduce homeowners to Thomas Roofing, and help them get a free roof inspection. Every solid lead you bring in helps a neighbor protect their home — and earns you commission on top of your hourly pay. No experience needed; we'll train you.

What you'll be doing

  • Canvass door-to-door in your assigned areas — which vary based on current company opportunities — introducing homeowners to Thomas Roofing.
  • Represent the company at local events and community gatherings with positive, upbeat energy.
  • Start friendly conversations and offer homeowners a free, no-pressure roof inspection.
  • Collect contact details and schedule inspections for our roofing crew to follow up on.
  • Keep simple notes so no lead slips through the cracks.
  • Be a trustworthy, professional first impression of the Thomas Roofing brand.

Who we're looking for

  • Friendly and outgoing — you genuinely enjoy meeting and talking with people.
  • Not intimidated by knocking on doors, and able to shake off a "no thanks" and keep going.
  • A clear communicator who can explain things simply and listen well.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and on time.
  • Comfortable on your feet and outdoors in Oklahoma weather.
  • Reliable transportation; must be 18 or older.
  • No degree or sales experience required — a great fit for college students and anyone wanting flexible, part-time income.
